By overwhelming margins, the Illinois House and Senate approved House Bill 4870, which permits the use of cannabis infused products by qualifying students at school or on a school bus so long as there is no disruption to the educational environment and other students are not exposed to the products. The bill was sent to Governor Rauner on May 17, 2018.
